Celeros Response Management (CRM)

CRM, A Web Based Customer Response Management System, is one of the value add-ons to Celeros O&M services. CRM focus is to achieve excellence by swift response and in time delivery of services to customers.

CRM operates from Customer Response Center; a complaint is initiated by the customer from the customer’s web interface console which leads to automatic generation of trouble ticket, email, and SMS to service provider. Escalation levels for complaint are already set. Concerned teams are dispatched in response to the mail generated thereof. After assessment, the problem is rectified. Once rectification of fault is accomplished, the team reports back to the customer who will then close the ticket. The CRM staff will confirm the status.

As major portion of the process runs automatically, so monitoring and control over the activities can be carried out effectively.
